Task descriptions:
Raffle Coordinator - Contacts companies and requests donations for the raffle.
Staging - Create speaker handout packets.
Setup - Help set up tables, chairs, unpack stuff, check rooms, etc.
Place signs/schedules - Place signs on the streets pointing people to the correct parking location, place schedules on the doors of each meeting room, etc.
Parking Facilitator - Stands next to parking lot to direct people where to park/where to register
Speaker/Sponsor Barbeque - Help straighten up room after dinner
Tear Down - Fold and store tables/chairs, make sure rooms are straightened up, trash is in garbage, etc.
Gofer - This is someone who is offering to be available and will provide the coordinator with a cell phone in case we need someone last minute. If you sign up for this, please send an email with your cell phone and "SVCC Gofer Volunteer" in the subject to the Volunteer email ID above. This could be a really easy job (especially if we don't need your) or a very busy job (if some people don't show up.)
AV Support - Room AV support: Help presenters setup for their session. Show them how to use in room projectors and internet. (Don't worry, we'll show you ahead of time.)
